    Without content, Adsense is useless. So if you are using a flash site, forget Adsense, better go with Amazon or similar services.

    It is never to late to start learning about SEO. Try and find a good source of information for the subject like a blog that gets posted in regularly. the question you asked is very broad so you should narrow your search and do one thing at a time.

    You should also consider reading the free SEO EBook offered by the creator of SEO elite. It has very good info even though they try and sell you software by the time you hit the end of it.

    Yeah, I guess it's nice to hear from someone who cares about the look and feel and the general user experience instead of plastering stuff in pages that yield little compensation.

    ;) My exact thinking! I am offering a service I want it to look neat & tidy all though there is some improvements to do I dont want ads plastered every where as I think it just makes it look cheap. All though some sites look great with ads! But just not my one.

    If someone is serious on bringing people to his site, s/he should make the site look neat and provide great resources. For a revenue of 5 cents when they click these Adsense ads, s/he's effectively driving them away.
