[help] i want to design a PTC site, need a webmaster!

    i want to design a PTC site and Paid Preview site with PHP (e.g: www.clickmybux.com), any one here would be a webmaster? please PM me, and talking about the cost. recently i go to getafreelancer.com and scriptlance.com, but i got no suggest.
