i call now to pick up location from argentina.. and they said is already for pickup , but in xoom i ready this "he transaction is going through our compliance and fraud screening. We will update the status when these checks are completed." but is already for pickup.. i think is bug or the new desing no is complete
I got everything fixed now... Xoom says there site is currently under upgrading process so there may be some problems but all our transactions are safe So guys XOOM is back enjoy.....
Guys got coupon code from XOOM can be used 2 times for FREE TRANSACTION All those whose transactions were cancelled by XOOM will get this coupon code...
This problem is due to the way that their software works. When you complete a paypal payment to xoom you MUST RETURN TO THE XOOM WEBSITE USING THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAYPAL PAGE. If you do not, the record of your order is not created, and your order does not show in their system. In order to get this fixed you must call them and have them open a support ticket. This happened to me once when I closed the window before returning to their website from paypal. It took 2-3 days to get it resolved through xoom support. (Their support is all outsourced, they just create a support ticket and send it back to the main guy in LA, their support is located in the philippines as well as india.)
There support is good....Technical mistake can happen but the support provided by any company matters and i think XOOM is doing a great job 10/10 for XOOM Thanks....
