    Hey why do youll cancell the transactions. Just wait for couple of days more it goes through.

    The problm is actually with Paypal. Paypal does not authorise the XOOM payment in timely manner. And untill and unless Xoom has the cash in hand they cant disburse it to your bank account.


    I had the same problem when I tried couple of days back. What I did was I mailed the Paypal support with the Transaction No and other details and asked them to authorise my payment.
    The very same day my payment was authorised and the third day I got it in my bank.

    Just called to xoom and they told me that the problem (Paypal) has been solved now and i can make new transactions :)

    also they told me that i will get my refund with in 72 hours because they stopped all transactions and now they start sending refunds

    But they replied me yesterday that they already sent refund to me and it'll take 2-3 business days for me to getting it in my Paypal account :confused: Don't know whats going on :rolleyes:

    I got a similar reply, They said they are refunding all the frozen transactions, even if you have not applied for the refund. Fresh transactions are said to go smooth as before.

    refunds will take normally 2- 3 days. They will refund the full amount including the fees.. I had it done once before.

    I think with Xoom your money is 100% safe.

    5 or 6 days ago i send my paypal money to my bank account using xoom and today i get the money deposited inside my bank... so i am sure you must be doing something wrong or your paypal is not verified....

    Naah :rolleyes: I have verified paypal account (verified with real cc). BTW done all things properly but as they said in their mail "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with transaction that was funded by PayPal" so where is my fault in this :confused: And i am not alone in this situation, there are so many.

    They are not good in mailing support :( you will get same reply for different-different issue and they don't type anything just copy and paste fixed line to every one in their replies.

    Btw: please post here if anybody here made new transaction ? (want to withdraw some fund)

    Though I am waiting for my refund from my last transaction which got stuck at paypal, I started a new transaction today. The guy at xoom services I spoke over the phone told me that new transaction will be processed without any problem.. He seems to be right...

    I Called them they said you will get refund in a day. and now system is smooth and you can start a new transaction after you get the refund.

    Still no refund :( We need to wait one or two days more as their customer help said last night to me :rolleyes: They are processing so many refunds thats why delay as he said to me. Hope for the best.

    Yup, The refund is complete for me as well.
    Last transaction was successful, and just initiated a new one today and it also got authorized.

    Anybody noticed the changes in the xoom account pages. They have all new interfaces and transaction limits are displayed on the site. Transaction amounts are reduced from the limit as you make them. This is helpful
    However the limit is shown as 2500/month.
