I started Xoom transaction paid for it by paypal but no email from xoom and nothing in my account of xoom when i called them they says its struck in paypal ... can it happen they say wait(i have waited 12 hours now) or cancel it tell me what to do?? No amit. There must be some problem at xoom's end definately as i have also initiated one transaction yesterday around at same time as OP it show me same thing. When i contacted them regarding this issue they replied me same answer as OP and now just got reply from them that there is some problem at their end with paypal so they will send me refund in 2-3 business days. DON.
I am regular user of Xoom and they are best if you facing any problem then call at 0124-2575678 (24 hours Number) and you will get great response as i got once Raj

Ya It will definitely having problem but I think you got refunds soon. But why you guys still using Xoom as paypal is already giving feature to withdraw funds to your Bank for FREE of charge then why you are interested in paying 10$ to Xoom ??
first cancel this transaction & open a new transaction again. I used them for last 8 month. I didn't face this kind problem.
Problem is not from our end Why open new transaction again as money already deducted from our paypal. And i have already cancelled my transaction with them and they said to refund me in 2-3 business days. I know !in!an that paypal is already giving feature to withdraw funds to your bank account free and i am using it too But this time i need to send payment to someone else who is not use paypal. DON.

WTF everytime my transaction use to be very smooth this time dont know whats happening there they said me that there is some problem with my paypal funds how can they say that when problem is on there side anyways i asked for refund and they said it will take 2-3 days So whats going on there?? I asked them can i use the paypal funds once again for making transaction and they said you can use credit card but not your paypal funds now iam worried how i will withdraw my funds (
I think you can use your paypal funds for xoom transfer again but it is advisable to use that in next week as maybe they solve this problem then. DON.
Look like Xoom and PayPal have some problems and many people now facing problems. I think PayPal withdraw is best. Safe and under TOS following of PayPal and RBI. Today PayPal rate is 41.35 and no fees which is best for me.
