Help, I need somebody - registration to Affiliate Programs

    Hello,
    I want to register into Affiliate Programs.
    I working with PPC- Google Adwords.
    At Contact & and other networks, they ask a site information.
    But I don't have site, I working with ppc....
    What I need to fill at "site information".
