I think its possible if you are in the same country and Google supports EFT in that country. you cannot edit name and country in adsense account, but you can add new bank account. well I never tried but thats what came to my mind.
If you are banned from adsense; i shall suggest that you don't waste your time looking for someone's spare adsense account; instead build up your website with good contents and try something else like adbrite, bidvertiser,kontera .... My adsense account was also disabled saying "threat to google advertisers". I don't undestand what threat? There was no reply to my different mails to adsense support
Am really sorry to see you trying what you are. Guys like you give bad name to our country. I can bet that this is the reason why the per click revenue for the Indian traffic is one of the lowest on Adsense. Tricking Adsense is akin to cheating real people! An offense! They invest their hard earned money to get some good results and not fake clicks. You had a perfectly legitimate chance of earning decent money from Adsense and you blew it. You still don't learn and want to try newer tricks. Get real, my friend. You can't beat Google.
Yes it's possible to sell your account to someone who have the same name, the same adress and the same bank, I believe it will hard to find THE guy
It is possible, I even heard it is possible for two person to have the same thumb print, just that the possibility is 0.0000000....something
