Hi, my paypal account got limited due to negative balance of 0.56. this probably happened because of currency conversion on reversed payment. and they dont want to charge my credit card to restore balance and ask to send postal order, which i wont be able to post until monday, but i need my account urgetly. so if someone would help me and send me 1 pound to restore positive balance, and i will return 2 once the account is back to normal. i would really appreciate your help.
really, i thought they used this procedure to restore limited accounts after suspition in fraudulent activity or something. not for negative balances. when i click on restore my account all they ask for is to send postal order or cheque to their european office and theres nothing about faxing my documents or card scans.
