    I did blend other two. 1 shows up the home page and 1 shows up on the right side for the individual messages. Didn't bother to change the banner..

    well i think the two ad units are very well blended, nothing is wrong in them

    you could also ad a text ad to it

    Nice blending, I think you might add a text only banner after the first Topic/Message as it might give you more CTR.

    the blending is good but i were you, i dont use ads on the header. instead of that you can add one ads unit inside your real content
