So I've got a very popular post, and I've found an advertiser who wants to put a banner on it. The thing is, he wants no other ads at all on this particular post, but I don't want to take adsense off EVERY other post on this blog.... the 2 adsense blocks are below the posts and are inserted in my single.php file, so they apply to all 2000+ posts on the blog! I'm not a coder. Can someone help? Thank you.

I'm not exactly sure as I'm only getting into PHP now. Also no one will be able to help you without seeing your website. At least I don't think.

    Good luck

we need to know how your site is built (wordpress, joomla, drupal, etc).. but basically you should be able to wrap your code with a conditional IF statement that says "if this is not page X show this ad, otherwise, show that ad" .. but in order to know how to identify the page we need to know more about the site.

Edit: oops.. didnt realize this post is nearly a month old..
