Help, I have hostgator resellers account and ran out of bandwidth

    Getting this message

    How can this happen, I have the reseller package. http://www.hostgator.com/resellers.shtml

    My traffic had a boost today, but is still under 1000 visitors today.

    they told me my server would be good for 10,000K +.

    Now what?

    EDIT: problem resolved. Just needed to change my site to 8gig from it's current 4 gig

    Was this problem down to hostgator or yourself? ive had 2 or 3 people say this recently.

    It was mine. I set the site at 4 gig. I went into the reseller admin and changed that account to 10 gig. Works fine now :)

    Ahh sounds good then congratulations :)

    Ive had a few clients recently come forward and inform me of HG missing settings on accounts recently.
