I don't know what happened, but all folders on my thumb drive are gone. Only the root files that were not in folders are available, and there is a BOOTEX.LOG file with this data in it (i'm only posting the last few lines since it is long).

Read failure with status 0xc0000013 at offset 0x8deac00 for 0x1000 bytes.
Write failure with status 0xc0000013 at offset 0x8debc00 for 0x1000 bytes.
Read failure with status 0xc0000013 at offset 0x8debc00 for 0x1000 bytes.
1780682752 bytes in 9547 recovered files.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.

    2027110400 bytes total disk space.
4096 bytes in 1 hidden files.
    307200 bytes in 1 folders.
    1788280832 bytes in 9586 files.
    2236416 bytes in bad sectors.
    236273664 bytes available on disk.

How do I recover these files?

I'm at work so I do not know what program I used last night to try and retrieve the data, but it is lost. That program worked wonders and foundstuff from years ago that I deleted, but the one file I really needed to get is corrupted beyond repair. It's not the end of the world, and I have learned a lesson. I thought that type of media would be safer than a moving hard drive, but no matter. ALWAYS BACKUP!!!
