This was an easy one. Open a dispute in Paypal. You will get your refund in a month or two. Send this guy private messages on hourly basis. May be he is offline due to internat problems. Might come back in a day or two. Report the mods of DP about this misconduct. Best of luck.

I thought you could only get your money back from opening a PayPal dispute if it was 'material goods' and as they are not material goods he bought i am thinking he may well not be covered.I could well be wrong thou
No and No.. it will not harm your account and it is not reserved to material goods. You can also dispute for Services.
Open a dispute thru your paypal account. As this is related to digital product, there is no seller protection. I am pretty sure that you could get back your money once the dispute is closed.
don't tell us about it, we do not get involved in member disputes. wait a day or so, if nothing happens, paypal dispute and leave a negative iTrader.
