Help, I got a virus that changes my homepage to www.syssecuritysite.net

    Ya no doubt this thing works if you dont keep installing a lot of programs or else you will have to re-install it again.

    Just jumping in on the conversation since I am having the same problem. I downloaded Smitfraudfix but when I ran the program I get a dos message saying that it cannot find the program process.exe?

    I had previously purchased SystemDoctor2006 and WinAnitvirus2006 before I knew what the hell I was doing. I am battling to get my money back right now and will keep you all posted on how that turns out. I currently have Windows Defender Beta v.2 and ETrust EZ Antivirus, which has removed a bunch of problems but not all. Any advice out there to get my PC back on track.

    Did you run it in safe mode ? (reboot press F8 just after bios info pops on screen and select "Safe mode")

    I used firefox for 2 weeks solid, now IE has fixed itself. :D
