Help! I don't know what forum to put this in!

I want to sell a site that has not be published yet, so it has no domain.
It's not merely content (articles/database) so I don't think it fits there - it's a full site minus the domain!

Should I post it in Buy/Sell Content, or in Sites Sub-Forum? I don't want to do the wrong one and get banned
