I changed my authorize.net transaction key (first time I ever did that in a year) and now nothing is processing. I got the new key on the authorize.net website, updated my php_aim.php file, and now all my customers see is a refresh of the screen when they enter their card info. No messages, no pending transactions, ... Any ideas? The autorize.net live help was no help. I'm sure it's something simple but I haven't a clue. Help - willing to paypal someone some cash to help me get back online.
More : authorize.net live help exchange Fernando S: Hello Thomas! How can I help you today? T: I changed my transaction key and I have not been able to get a good transaction thru since - 1st time I ever changed it. T: I update the php_aim.php file with the new number - was there anything else that had to be done? Fernando S: ok, when was the update made? T: I made an update yesterday I believe, the I did another one today to try to fix it. It may have been sunday night Fernando S: when reseating the key, do you recall checking a checkbox called "disable old transaction Keys"? T: I made sure I did that today T: none of the 3 #'s are working right now. Fernando S: if you selected the check box the old keys won't work at all, so you can disregard them..the last one should be working, what error code or message are you receiving T: I just see a refreshing screen - no message for some reason T: the customer hits subit and the screen just refreshes Fernando S: does it clear out all the fields? T: yes Fernando S: usually when this occurs a variable called x_show_form is passed to us...if it is that can be left out T: I don't see any references to that in my code - what do you suggest? T: how does the php_aim.php file get accessed? Fernando S: k, well you mentioned using the php_aim.php file. and that was the odd part, because I have only encountered the refreshing of the page when using SIM not AIM. only recommendation I can provide is to revisit the AIM integration guide and sample codes we provide in our developer section T: I assume I am using AIM based on that file, but how can I tell? I didn't write the code Fernando S: unfortunately, I don't have a method to tell either. T: is there a message board you can recommend, where people can help? Fernando S: no, we don't have any message boards, but you can send in an email on the contact us link in the developer section, our engineers can then assist through that
