HELP! i can't use the avatar on my forum

    hi guys,

    i have a forum which is

    www.paypalcommunity.com

    this is a new site and my problem is

    i want to put an avatar. but it has an error message

    why is that? how to solve it? please help

    you should change the attributes of the folder in which you are trying to save the image...
