I can't add my visa card to my paypal account! I was able to use this card before. I removed it a couple of months ago. Yesterday, I wanted to add it again because I was going to have to pay for something online. Suddenly, paypal told me the visa card cannot be added because allegedly the bank which issued the same had problems with it blah blah blah. That is impossible because I had a transaction using the said card just a day before. Anyone had a similar experience with paypal? I have contacted them yesterday using their online contact form but they haven't responded yet as of this post. I would appreciate any opinion/advice/suggestion in this regard. I'm really pissed off.
In my experiences they've always been pretty quick. Give them 24-48 hours. I don't think it has ever taken them that long to respond to me, but just to be safe.
Did you try to contact PayPal for your dilemma by phone? I would wait a little while until they get back to you.
I live outside the US, selfhelpebooks. Calling by by phone would be way too expensive for me. I'd rather wait for them to answer my online query.
It may be worth checking with your bank to find out if there is a problem, instead of assuming that just because you used it, everything is fine.
