    Hi,

I'm new to Seo and i really appreciate helpful advices,

I use nopcomerce 1.9 for my e-commercial site, my site has about 2000 products, but all of them like this:

    www.mydomain/products/(nameofproduct1)
    www.mydomain/products/(nameofproduct2)
    ...
    or www.mydomain/category/(nameofproduct1)
    or www.mydomain/category/(nameofproduct2)
    ...
I have no way to change "category" to specific name of category because my nopcomerce 1.9 does not support that code. I know that this problem is very bad for search engine, so if think i may change those above url to:

    www.mydomain/(nameofproduct1)products/
    www.mydomain/(nameofproduct2)products/
    ...
    or www.mydomain/(nameofproduct1)/category/
    or www.mydomain/(nameofproduct2)/category/

Should this bring better thing for my site?

Thank you very much for your advice!!!

Not familiar with nopcommerce, is it part of a CMS? You might want to take a look at the .htaccess file to see if there is anything obvious that might allow you to change category to a specific name of the category. Here is a tutorial that will help with mod_rewrite sitepoint.com/guide-url-rewriting

You may also want to consider using Wordpress and use this plugin for SEO: wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack

There are a ton of free Wordpress plugins that will allow you to use ecommerce.

    Hope this helps!
