    I am using my friend paypal account he is from canada if i will withdraw fund in canadian bank account so how much percent tax bank will charge me ? plz help me

    My friend said to me bank will charge you 14% anyone knows that canadian bank is charging yearly tax or not if i will withdraw money in canadian bank account?
