I have purchased BANS. I was setting up my site today and had a question. So I register for the bans forum and they say they are going to send email to complete registration. Lo and behold...no email in my inbox (not in junk folder either). So I open a ticket asking about it. It says will email me ticket number....again no email. I am so frustrated. Does anyone have any suggestions?
