Help - How would I fix all my server file permission problem?

I always got permission errors all about permission denied.
In my shared hosting before, all files run without an eror using 644 in my php files and 755 and 777 for directories.

But after transferring into a VPS, I always got this error.
Even if I set all the directories to 777 and files/data to 666, still suffering errors.
    Mostly accessing secondary directory.

I already change chmod and chown to root, still suffering errors :(
    CentOS 5.8 with DirectAdmin Panel.

    Please help me.

    Sample error when editing templates:

    Does you VPS managed?
If you do the hosting company should supply you a solution.

No, it's not a VPS managed.
I only have SolusVn and Direct Admin.
