SEO is a long and continues process.. there is not such thing as easy way...maybe just the basic... SEs updated every now and then.. so its a continues learning process..
First you have to search potential and industry relevant keywords for your website. And then create page specific Meta tags with those searched keywords.
There's no easy way you must read and study SEO and it's a continues process because when google updates it's algorithm you must update also your strategy.
