Hi there, Today i was gonna buy a product from ebay but when i pressed pay by paypal button.Paypal wants me to add credit card inorder to get verified.I do not own a credit card so is there a way to very my account without adding a credit card..Will by submitting documents like address proof,photo id help in getting it verified?
