help: how to not show 1 post on index page?

hi, i have some posts i dont want to be shown on the index page of my blog, (cause they are of another language)
they are all in /somecategory/

i want them to show only when someone clicks the category.
is this possible? thnks.

I used to use this one HideSponsoredCategories, http://money.bigbucksblogger.com/hide-sponsored-categories-plugin/

It isnt working anymore with WP2.3
