Before wasting your time on a time-consuming editor application that will be rejected with a probability of 95%, please consider the following:

You are wasting your time pursuing a worthless link that will bring you near zero traffic, and near zero PR.

You have submitted. Now, forget it. Add content to your site, and promote it in more productive ways, such as forums that are filled with potential visitors, exchange links with webmasters with similar websites, etc.

The only thing that's under your direct control is to submit it to the correct category. Title and description will be fixed for you, no matter how good they are, don't fret over it. DMOZ categories are pretty archaic, and sometimes counter-intuitive, but even a submission to the wrong category will be fixed for you, though it means a delay. Since dmoz links are of little value, the delay is meaningless as well in the grand scheme of things.
