Exactly. Sites only meant for adsense earnings are called MFA sites and rarely succeed in that endeavor. Your primary aim shall be to provide valuable contents to the visitors and try the monetization as a secondary part. In other words, content is the king and pay more attention to that to bring traffic and once you succeed in that, money will automatically flow in
well if you checked his site has a decent amount of content . . . considering it to be unique, but I did not check that. But if you want a site review, i think you might need a little work around the edges on for the template and layout
