These are probably made via the Adobe Flash tool, check out Adobe's webpage and get the 30 day free trial.
Looks like After Effects to me and then exported as Flash Video and played in the flash player with a preloader. Im pretty sure because It looks like they used particle effects and some really advanced camera tech... so After Effects is Def used.... unless they spent ALLLLOT of time in flash..
