Hi I am quite the newb to website design but im trying to make a site to put up my art... Im and artist. Anyway i have a very specific idea for the site and i want to make it using just HTML. No TEMPLATES or Preconceived designs! I can't figure out to make my index page appear though. I just bought web hosting from Youhost.com and their control panel is quite confusing. Anyone who can help me off in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
yes i have ftp access to upload things and they say put things like index into the public folder but only the code comes up when i visit to site
