Help!!! How can I install the affiliate program code?

I have a domain hosted at dreamhost and I recently applied for an account at credit-land.com to testdrive the credit card affiliate program.

They provided me a bunch of PHP code but I don't know how to install them so the content can be uploaded to my website.

Anyone can help me with that?
