Help - how can I close a thread?

I need help - I started an seo contest in the contests thread and some of the participants are not following the contest rules - I need the thread closed as i've already sent out almost $500 in prize money and it is getting ridiculous now that contest is over and the keyword is now being mentioned in the thread (which was cleary one of the contest rules not to do) . I can show you the contest rules that were pm'd out so you can see my serious concern.
