he logged on my computer 10 days before i got limited and it seems that the IP wasn't change...he verified his account using his cc, while i verified mine using my bank account... moreover, we didn't knew, before we sign-up for paypal account, that it is against the paypal rules to have same home phone number and address on the information... so our accounts got limited... i got 1,444cad negative balance on my personal and 1,122cad positive balance on my premier... my brother called paypal that we are two different persons but he it was no use...he asked to remove his credit card but paypal refuses to... my question is, will paypal charge my brother's cc due for my negative balance?
One can have 2 a/c from a same Ip address. I think the problem is something different, can you please elaborate a bit more, so that i can help you.
Paypal will not charge the card in one account to recover the negative balance from other account unless you add the card to the account with negative balance.
