Buying Help help with a html table for Wordpress

Hi, I am trying to create a table that I can copy and paste into a wordpress blog - however its not coming across aesthetically pleasing...so I am looking for the help of someone out there that can help me put this table (http://www.gopanama.net/test) or some version of it onto my wordpress blog.

Use kompozer or nvu,easy to embed the table

 

use windows live writer

another tip
go to your table page in firefox
open source by ctrl + U
copy from table to /table
go to wordpress new post
in html view paste it and publish your post.
