You can first search you competitors site and then you can use Google Adword Keyword Tool to search for other Keywords.
I would also recommend Google Adword Keyword tool. Just type this in Google and you will be brought into the tool. You have to sign but don't have to buy any ads to use this tool. Once you find related keyword create articles based on these keywords and create links to these articles so Google can find you.
As many webmaster said I also recommended you google webmaster tool for keyword selection it is best keyword tool.
