Do you know that Amazon can close your account any time like this?

I never purchase or register any keywords. Just the title contained Amazon and I am closed! Can you believe that? Got to make sure your website doesn't contains any "amazon" so that google won't find you. Oh, my god.

    =================
We recently noticed your Associate links are appearing as sponsored
links on search engines under the term "amazon" and variations of
this term. Please note, per the Operating Agreement:

    4. Referral Fees
In addition, you may not: … (i) seek to purchase or register any
keywords, search terms or other identifiers that include the
word "amazon" or variations thereof (for
example "ammazon", "amaozn", etc.) ("Proprietary Terms") for use in
any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other
search or referral service. From time to time we may request that
you cause any applicable Web search provider to exclude Proprietary
Terms from keywords used to display your advertising content in
association with search results, assuming the provider of such Web
search engine offers such exclusion capabilities. If we determine,
in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in any of the
foregoing activities or, as the case may be, refused promptly to
comply with a request from us to exclude Proprietary Terms from any
keyword as mentioned above, we may (without limiting any other
rights or remedies available to us) withhold any referral fees
otherwise payable to you under this Agreement and/or terminate this
    Agreement.

As you have failed to comply with these terms, your Associates
account has been closed. Thank you for your interest in the
Amazon.com Associates Program and best of luck in the future.

PPC? Pay pre click? NO, I never did that! Never purchase that. Actually, I am not using Adwords at all. I just tell google to remove my site complete by using this in the Header: <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"/>

I also removed "Amazon" from my website title. This is ridiculous!! :-(

I think that's fine. But base on the email. Amazon has the rights to tell you to tell Search engine like google DON'T show your site if someone search "Amazon". Since amazon association website must have a lot of "Amazon", you must be very careful. I still don't understand why Amazon closed my account. May I just create another account and keep going?
