    need urgent help i just got a hosting with cpanel.
    i created email accounts.
    i can send emails but i cant recieve them.
    help me how to recivethem my webmail and outlook both showing zero msgs

    Mostly cpanel is setup by default to send received email to "blackhole".

    Make sure your default email setting is pointing to your main username and that your username is enable to receive such email, not to be sent to the blackhole.
