Help: Had domain name pushed to my account from seller, then lost the domain name

I recently bought a domain name from someone here on DP. I was told to create a free account at Internet.BS which i did and then they transfered the domain into my account. Everything worked fine and it was in my account. Yesterday i went to login into my account and it said my account name/email did not exist. I did a Whois and it was in some Corporations name and the registrars name was Internet.BS. I email Internet.BS and they said the following:

"You acquired the domain using Pool.com, accordingly to Pool.com request,
your account was deleted and the domain transferred to a new owner because
of your failure to pay for it.

For more details, please contact Pool.com.
    "

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

pool.com rus a service for acquiring deleted or expiring domains (also have auctions). Perhaps the seller used pool to acquire the domain, transferred it to you, and then something went wrong with the payment so they took back the domain and sold it to someone else. You should first try to contact the seller - and then pool.com (but pool may not respond to you as you weren't their client.)

I am still waiting to hear back from Internet.BS. I bought this from someone who apparently bought this from another person off Namepros. How long after could Pool pull the name?

I hope you also contacted Pool and aren't just waiting for things to work themselves out.
