Help guys I have www.smarethelper.net i registered it in 9/2008 from dotz domains and the company lost or i cannot found it i want to connect my domain to use it but i do not know how HELP Please
According to the DNS information, there is no site as such. Hence you cant do anything. You can register the domain again soon enough and then you can backorder the money the company took for that domain from you..
It could be a scam by the domain seller. Could you link us to the domain registar? If you need the domain, you better register again cause someone might get it instead if they are interested... you should always buy it from a reputable domain seller company. Cheap domains doesnt mean a quality domain uptime...
Looks like it was registered by someone who is in (or knows) the business. If you can't contact him and there is no response, consider it a fraud or fraud intend. It doesn't look like something really important, but you should request a refund, better a transfer to the hosting company you are using. If you want to avoid a lot of mails, frustrations ... and whatever, register the same domain name with a different extension (there are lots available). Mostly it's much more economical (and efective) to change your idea than try to sue. Just my 2 cts.

I currently see it redirecting to a proxy site which is kinda not properly dont though.. Thats all you need to do..
Can anyone give me advice coz i have read some members of this site was affected by offshore.ue hosting...I got my domain and hosting plan from that company and now almost a week, i cant acess to that site and main server was shutdown...do u have any idea how can i used my domain again?I cant have consent from the owner of offshort to transfer to other company and i tried to email him no response until now...Pls help
If they are a domain reseller, then you can get the domain from the main seller and they will transfer it to you provided you show them a proof about it.
how can they get the domain consent if they cant reach the owner and the website and the owner is not responding....I paid the plan in western union and they sent me the info tru my email adress saying the set up of the hosting plan.The address was from offshore.ue...do u think this the proof that ur saying and i transfered the money to the owner and the reciept is still with me....
