    What could be wrong with the ads on http://mynewboard.com ?

    Your ads are in the navigation menu, IMO that counts as bringing "excessive attention to ad units". Also "publishers may not label the Google ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements."". Yours are labelled "Navigation".

    Its not rocket science, change it quick before they ban you. ;)

    Am... "Board Reviews Comments" <- this can be strange and also your border around ad unit, which is dotted red.

    Definitely is the link ads in the Navigation area, this is clearly trying to fool people into clicking the links and it DOES draw unneccesary attention to the links, which obviously Google do not like.

    Now that you have cleaned up your site, send a reply back to google using that email you got and that address (just hit reply) and tell them that you have fixed the problem.

    Then they will review it and let you know.
