Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I logged into My Business page the other day to manage one of my pages only to see this message"Google has suspended your page due to quality issues." flashed across the screen. I have contacted Google about this but they have not responded to me yet. Any suggestions as to how to go about resolving this problem.
Did some people complain about your service, maybe? I can't imagine they'd be upset about the quality of the web page. They're pretty simple.
The site looks pretty good to me. I have no idea why they do this. I am not sure if I could share the link here for people to see. This is a site we have been running for nearly 14 years now.
It was probably suspended by the bot. It may take a few days to get some eyes on it. @Anne Goddard just hang on tight.
In the meantime, there are a number of other things you could do locally that you may have missed. Might as well work on those too.
My advice to anyone managing a google place is not to untick - I also serve customers at my business address. (Your address will be hidden from the public if this box isn't checked.), if you have selected "I deliver goods and services to my customers at their location" I believe we accidentally unticked this and this was the beginning of the issue. Beware. Locations > Manage Location > Info >
I think the best way that could do is to ask for reapproval of your website that can help you increase the value of your site. Make sure that you honor googles' search engine rules.
