HELP! Godaddy login info stolen and all websites are gone

    Hi All,

    Please help, My friend/customer has a godaddy account with 6 websites hosted. Someone has accessed and stolen everthing and changed ownership to the name of "jim phuriv" now we can not access via ftp anymore and all is gone.

    Please WHAT TO DO NOW ????

    This is an urgent issue...you need to call them, don't rely on emails.

    Is it only godaddy or even his Paypal related info too.. If godaddy a/c is hacked, the person can buy any number of new domains using paypal details on file. Update your PP password too asap.

    Hope they can resolve this for you and your friend! If it is possible maybe report the fake 'whois' because I think they'll use false information or add privacy to cover up their tracks. I've got some LLLL.com's over there and I may shift them in light of this to my primary registrant, Dynadot :cool: They've got two layers of anti theft security - something Godaddy may employ (hopefully!) Keep us informed on this and I hope you can retrieve the ownership rights back for the domains in question.
