HELP! Getting Unknown Clicks - Is This A Scam

I am getting clicks for an affiliate program that are coming from sources that I have not paid for (or want - e.g. casino, drug and loan sites) nor are they from search results (adword campaigns).

The product being promoted is not related to the sites listed below at all.

These links could effect the terms of my affiliate account as they come from illegal sites - like casino / gambling and I would really like to know if there is a way to stop or block this. I have done the whois stuff, gotten Ph #'s etc with no success.

What is even stranger is this - I advertise via Google, Clicksor and Yahoo. No others. My ads, when clicked, bring visitors to my landing page and from there they go to the affiliate company page. So on the the Affiliate Admin Panel I can see the referrer being from my site - but not always...

When I check my stats I get the occasional hit "Directly to the Affiliate Companies Website" bypassing my landing page. So in other words. The click must be an ad that contains my affiliate code and takes a user directly to the aff site.

All these clicks are coming from drug, casino and loan type sites (which has zero relation to the aff product). Below are the sites to date (hope they show)

Don't click on them and give them ANY business. I have removed the www. so that they are not displayed as live links.

    cialis-generic.doctor-time.com/#
    viagra-natural-i.us/#
    xenical-pharmacy-i.us/#
    phenterminert.com/#
    interactiveteacher.org/#
    aminnesotarefinance.com/#
    xmortgagerefinance.com/#
    seytan2000.com/#
    online-casino-gambling-001.com/#
    doonlinehomeloan.com/#
    a-poker-casino.com/#
    buy-viagra-00.biz/#
    buy-diethyproprion-000.biz/#
    arefinancebadcredit.com/#
    zaneheath.com/#
    credit-cards-offers.us/#
    pharmacy-xenical-worldwide.us/#
    xenical-prices-worldwide.us/#
    the-roulette-online-750.us/#
    mortgagegq.com/#
    ahomeequitycredit.com/#

Besides content, One thing that bothers me is the direct link and the # sign at the end of the URL.

Is this a scam, Is there a potential setup happening here.

What does a # sign at the end of an URL mean

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to stop these clicks. Why Stop Them?

Well - casino sites are illegal - so if my affliiate terms state I cannot advertise on illegal sites and I am getting clicks from these sites I could lose the account - which I don't want, as it is a good earner.

Any thoughts, experience and recommendations with the above would be greatly appreciated.

Contact adsense or whatever program you're talking about, that way they know you're not doing it on purpose. It could be someone that hates you and is trying to get you banned.

    # is usually used when a design is just coded and the new pages are not set up yet
