Buying Help getting out of the sand box/ Link building

    I have several sites stuck in the sandbox (3-6 months) and I need a SEO contractor to get them out.

    Some sites have a decent page rank (PR2 or more) and close to 100% of pages are in Google cache. But at the same time, the home page does not even rank for the domain keyword. On page factors do not seem to be a problem but I won't refuse a quick check. Bing and Yahoo ranking is ok. The work is directed at ranking for Google

    Work to be performed:

    • choose a site to work on
    • Choose 2 or 3 keywords for the home page (reasonnably easy kw)
    • Agree on a ranking target (eg: one kw in top 10 google)
    • Perform a link building campaign

    Payment:

    I'd like a minimal hourly fee for the work done.
    I will also reimburse the work subcontracted (eg: article writing, directory submission etc...)
    I will pay a substantial success fee (to be agreed).

    We will agree on an initial budget for 3 months of work.

    The success fee will be tied to my keywords getting ranking on Google for a continuous period of 30 days.

    Payment by paypal, moneybookers, odesk or vworker.com (formerly rentacoder) after the work is done.

    Transparency:

    Full transparency is madatory. You will provide the very details of the work being done before it's done and you will report any action undertaken. I will be the only judge of the amount of details I want.

    Please do not quote if this poses you a problem.

    SEO methods:

    I do not want SE nuke, automated profiles, automated bookmarking or anything that can aggravate the problem to be done on my sites, but I have no problem for boosting some backlinks with these methods.

    Overall, I'd prefer rather white hat SEO and building quality links with high quality partners (my sites are clean) .

    It is of course essential that you have a good internet connexion and are available on line for discussions as the work is essentially interactive.

    This can be a long term assignment if we are succesful with a first site.

    To go further:

    • Please indicate what you would propose to get out of the sand box;
    • Outline your method to get quality links and indicate any specific experience you have on that;
    • Indicate any asset you have, for example if you can access to a blog network;
    • Quote your hourly fee;
    • The rest will be discussed on skype (please provide your skype Id)

    Yes there is an initial payment as explained in the section 'payment'. This payment is completed by a success fee to be negotiated.

    Ok, I don't have time for this, but a few quick tips for getting a website out from the sandbox ...
    you need to build some web 2.0 properties .. squidoo, hub pages, blogopt blog, wordpress.com hosted blog ..

    add some unique articles to each of the web 2.0 properties you created .. add links to your website of course ..

    and use your article syndication service (your usual articles marketing service) to build links to those web 2.0 properties ..

    works like a charm ..

    Good luck ..
