Help Getting a Negative Itrader Removed and User Banned?

    Hey. I bought this "method" for 50$. Sounded good. Then got the email from him, and all it was was messaging sellers on ebay and asking if they would be willing to sell for 150$. Well what is up with that. Any idiot could figure that out. I asked for a refund because it was rediculous and he gave me a negative itrader for it. I was borderline scammed and given a negative itrader for it. Mods please help me out

    He advertise a product at a price and you purchase it. There is offer, there is acceptance, there is consideration. A sales contract between two individual parties. If he was dissatisfied as a seller, he had the right to give you a -ve Itrader as much as you can give him one if you so desire.
