I'm wanting to hire 2 people to help run my site and I need a confidentiality agreement. Does anyone have a template to use for a website? Is there anything I need to make sure is in the agreement for it being a website? And I noticed there were agreements for each state, do I have them sign the one where my company is said to be located?

An agreement is binding no matter where it is singed so long as it has all the elements of a contract. Different state versions exist to cater to each state's differing laws.

Any confidentiality agreement would fall under the scope of an NDA, a quick Google search found this template (I only looked at a few, but this seemed to be the most straight forward).
