Help Get this Guy Banned

This guy is an Adsense scammer and honestly it pisses me off that he's doing this.

I ran across him on Technorati when he was making posts on his blog about a Kim Kardashian sex tape. The page which supposedly contained the information on receiving this tape was a page telling all visitors to click on two adsense ads, go back to the page and click refresh, and the download would start immediately.

I emailed him and told him I'd reported him to Google Adsense, he freaked out and deleted his blog, but the fraudulent page is still up. Now the page encourages visitors to visit his sponsors, then redirects to a search page poorly optimized for high paying Adsense ads. Both of these pages are obviously against Adsense TOS.

This is the page: http:// www mike-oliver com /kimktorrent.htm

This is a quote from the Adsense help page for reporting violations:

To bring a site to our attention, follow these steps:

    1. Draft a new email. If possible, please use the email address currently associated with your AdSense account
    2. Write 'AdSense Policy Violation' as the subject of your message
    3. Please include all of the following in the body of your message:
    * The URL of the violating website
    * A description of the violation
    * The specific location of the violation, if applicable
    4. Send this email to

Your feedback will assist us in maintaining the quality of the AdSense program.

    ------

Obviously, guys like this hurt everyone in the Adsense community, from publishers to advertisers. I am solely a publisher, and I do not want to see advertisers scared off by guys like this. I know most people believe Adsense reviews all publisher accounts before sending payments but this is not always true, I've seen a few instances to the contrary. Things like this really anger me, so please send off a quick email before this guy gets paid and advertisers get defrauded.

It only takes 1, if i was the adsence team and i saw that it was traced back to this thread loads of peaple complaining about 1 subject. It would seem pretty suspicious. It only takes 1 email as i said.

well, why dont you yourself mail google guys about the url, they will check it and ban him within 2 working days.
sounds something fishy when you are asking us to help you ban this guy when a single mail of yours to Google can do the same.

uh hello, reading comprehension people? do i have to repost the whole original message? i'll just hilight the parts you're missing:
    1. i've already emailed them. i did this about a week ago. the guy's still active.

    2. if you're using adsense this guy is f**king you over too, that's why you should email them. if you don't want to, that's your business, you're probably too busy defrauding adsense yourselves and that's why you're getting your little panties twisted.

personally, i hate this crap and want anyone doing it to be punished in some way. it hurts me as a publisher, it hurts advertisers, it's stealing, and it's bad for anybody who owns a site and either obtains money through adsense or obtains traffic through adsense.

    chill dude,

if u wanna send an email, send the email (u already did)
if u wanna request people to help you out, do dat (u already did)

but for god's sake dont tell us wat to do and wat not to do, ur above post is bit rude although its for defrauders but after hearing about Kathy Sierra, i get pissed off at even the slightest rude comment, no matter whomever it is directed to.

kathy sierra and people stealing from me are two completely different subjects. and i only go so far to say what i've said because for some reason people don't like when others look out for publishers/advertisers, which leads me to believe they're scammers too.

see the thing is we have to walk a tightrope because every tom dick and harry is foaming at the mouth to defraud adsense, publishers have to walk on eggshells because of a**holes like the mike oliver dude and we have to make less money because advertising budgets have to be adjusted for the scammers. that's money out of my pockets. then people tell me to stop being an internet detective and worry about making money. well i am worrying about making money and that's why i'm mad. if somebody's violating tos without realizing it then i don't care, but when they're purposely trying to scam, that's what gets me going.
