I just got DSL a few days ago. Everything is working fine except I can not get Gather.com to load. I do not get errors it just never comes up. My wife think she had the same problem the night before we got DSL when we were still on Dial-Up. I am on Windows XP and Verizon DSL. I am using IE7 and also Firefox. It does not work on either. I can get it to work on my laptop using the same router but the laptop has Vista. I have tried to adjust all setting, disabled my firewall and anti-virus programs, and disabled and enabled the network card. The first couple time I disabled the network card and re-enabled it, the site loaded. But then it quit working again and now nothing seems to work. This is my wife's favorite site and it is the only site that will not load. I have tried every other site I can think and they all work fine. Does anyone have any idea?
