Hi all, I have been a merchant on CB for a little while now and am just starting to see that this could really become a major part of my business if I work on it and build relationships with my affiliates. My site is http://www.richardmackenziedirect.com I have a few questions; For CB Merchants: How do you build effective relationships with your affiliates, that help you both to be profitable? What advice would you give me on my sales pages? What is your most successful way to reach potential affiliates? For CB Affiliates: How could I make my site more attractive to you? Is there anything that I am missing that I could include that would help you to effectively promote my 40 products? What positive attributes should a merchant have to attract you to promote their products? My site sells 40 hypnosis downloads that help people with a whole range of issues. I would love feedback on the whole site but especially how it encourages people to sign up as affiliates. You can see the affiliate sign-up page at http://www.richardmackenziedirect.com/affiliate/affiliate.html Lastly, I have been working with some of my affiliates over skype and MSN to help them with marketing, articles and getting links. This has proved very useful for both parties. If any affiliates are interested in doing the sames then please PM me. Looking forward to your comments...
I've already gave you my honest opinion but you seemed to brush it off by not responding. I'll quote MYSELF again ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=604075 ) because I can see that you haven't done any major changes on the page since then: NOTE that this is my UNBIASED and 100% OBJECTIVE opinion about your webpage. And if I were you I'd write more about how hypnotherapy is scientifically proven method and how it's not accepted worldwide as a effective and quick form of therapy. At the same time, I'd put some emphasis on the page that you are NLP practitioner and explain a bit about it too. This creates more credibility.
I use a mixture of hypnosis, nlp and some behavioral techniques. The inductions are all gradual inductions that are relaxing. Both... And forward pacing... Hard to say. I spent a while collating all of the best techniques that I use in clinic and then tested which ones worked via recording. Of course I would say 'very effective', however it would be wrong to give an exact statistic when I don't have one. Each person is different. We recommend that a person uses it for at least once a day for two weeks. Well, this was a tag given to me by the media, however in my time practicing I have made a great few discoveries, however that is a whole other thread and forum ;-)
Burtie these are not questions that I care about but questions that your customers might need see being answered on your page so that they'd make an easier decision. Imagine being a relatively inexperienced user who is seeking a relief of X problem. He comes to your site and finds those mp3s. There is no explanation on WHY do they work and there is no estimation of HOW quick will the problem be solved. Do you think that there is a high chance of him wanting to buy this product?
See what you mean.... Thanks for the lesson... So I should add to the sales copy answering these questions... Funny that you don't always see the obvious, isn't it?
