Hi guys, I'm in the process of formin a limited company with a guy who liked my website. I own the website and will eventually own 60% of the company. They are bringing advertisement and a sales team to the company. However, what is the best way to let the company use my website? Is licensing the way to go (what is that?) or what? I'd like to still have 100% ownership of the site just incase the company goes bust. Can anyone advise? Thanks, RJP1
