go for local optimization of your website. incorporate the location name as your keyword in the website. use Google Webmaster tools to tell google about the location you want to target. additionally, you can use Google AdWords to precisely target the people search for products or services being offered by you

Ok. . . 1) The location tool in Webmaster Tools (in my experience) hasn't worked a jot! Don't bother! 2) Use a Middle East domain 3) As has been mentioned - use locational keywords to complement your main target keywords 4) MOST IMPORTANT: Get the majority of your links from other Middle East websites. This works 100% every time. Even if you go with a .com this will work. 5) Regardless of what choice you make with the domain, get your hosting in the Middle East! Tip: I use the FlagFox plugin to determine localised links (as well as the domain, obviously)
